Finding a job as a freelancer in broadcasting is an attention game.

You need to let others know that you are available, but most important you need to be better at promoting yourself than hundreds that are looking for the same gig.

Again, your personality might not be Pete's and that is okay.

Just make sure that you find other ways to promote yourself when you are a freelancer or when you want another job.
