We’re just days away from the end of the year, and before turning the page, I wanted to pause and say thank you.
Whether you’ve been here since the beginning or you joined recently, chances are you’re reading this between meetings, on a train, in a truck, or during one of those rare quiet moments where you finally get a bit of time to yourself. The fact that you choose to spend that time here means more than you might realize.

And the only reason I’ve made it this far is because of you.
To the founder members — Jamie, Leka, Shaheen, and Vanessa — you are truly at the heart of this project. Your early belief gave it a foundation.

What started as a place to share thoughts about broadcasting has become something bigger than I expected. A space for reflection. For questions. For stories that remind us why we chose this work in the first place.
Looking ahead to 2026, my intention is simple.
To keep writing things that feel useful when you’re navigating a tough moment at work.
To share stories that help you feel a little less alone in your career.
To keep this a place where experience, honesty, and curiosity matter more than noise.
Thank you for trusting me with your time and attention. That’s never something I take lightly.
